Pastor Randy Devinney came to Westerly Hills Baptist Church as Senior Pastor in 2017. His training and leadership have been instrumental in inspiring spiritual growth through prayer and sharing God’s Word. As a Youth Pastor, he conducted worship services to bring the message to them each Sunday. He has led numerous mission trips and created an environment in which youth could experience spiritual growth through promotion of Bible study, development of spiritual disciplines and an emphasis on missions within church structured programs. Brother Billy Foxx has been with Westerly Hills for more than 24 years. Billy heads up our weekly service music ministry and our holidays are filled with festive music during these times. Billy’s love for people shows through his singing and music.  He is also one of our Sunday School Programs Leaders and enjoys teaching God’s word to everyone.  You will see this when you first meet Billy.  His outgoing personality and sense of humor are very contagious.

Dave Powley has been with Westerly Hills since 2008. He came as our Youth Pastor where he has established a solid foundation for the future. While serving here at Westerly Hills, he has since been called into full time career missionary to Montemorelos, Mexico. He now serves as our Global Outreach Missionary.
